I discovered Pilates after having my two daughters, as a way to rebuild strength and take time for myself. I quickly fell in love with how strong and balanced it made me feel. Now, I love helping others move confidently, build strength, and feel empowered in their everyday lives.

I love the positive energy that each Pilates class brings, it fosters a strong sense of community as we all move mindfully together. It is a fun way to move your body, but always a challenge (especially if there are pulses!!). I always feel strong and confident after a class.
